Walk in during operating hours, or message Citzen's WhatsApp hotline anytime; the team gets back to you as soon as it can, even after hours.
What each centre can do for you, whether that is an order question, a warranty claim or a first look at the CZ-4, is worth confirming on WhatsApp before you travel. The five steps here are suggestions for a visit that settles things in one trip, not Citzen's requirements.

Message the hotline first
Say what the visit is about, and ask whether the centre is the right place for it. Messages sent after hours are answered as soon as possible.
Name the centre and the day
Ipoh, JQ Central in Kota Kinabalu, or Pekan Sibu, and the day you plan to come, so the reply is about the right place.
If it is about a fault, bring the CZ-4 and its charger
Bring the notebook and the charger you use with it, so the problem can be seen as it happens.
Have your order details to hand
Keep the WhatsApp chat in which you ordered. The warranty runs from the date of purchase, so have that date ready. More in Citzen CZ-4 warranty: what it covers and what to prepare.
If anyone will look at the notebook, back up first
Copy your work somewhere safe before the visit.
Citzen has no service centre in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru or Kuching. From Kuala Lumpur, Penang or Johor Bahru, Citzen's nearest service centre is Ipoh; from Kuching, it is Sibu; from Sandakan or Tawau, it is Kota Kinabalu. If every centre is a long way off, start on WhatsApp instead of the road.
If no centre is close
Describe your question or the fault on WhatsApp first, and ask whether a trip is needed at all. The message opens typed in; replace the parts in brackets before you send it.
Ask on WhatsAppFor a warranty claim, ask in the chat whether to post the notebook. Postal and delivery costs for warranty claims are borne by the customer.
Ask about postingPick the centre for a message typed in and ready to send. Replace the parts in brackets before you send it.
