Citzen runs hands-on demo sessions at schools so teachers and students can try the CZ-4 in real classroom workflows. By appointment.
Sessions are held at your school, by appointment. It helps to suggest two or three dates and to say roughly how many teachers and students will attend.
The first two rows of each card are the terms, in Citzen's words; the last two are suggestions for your first message, not conditions.
Contact Citzen about either programme on its WhatsApp hotline, +60 12-565 2091. The hotline replies Monday to Saturday, 9am to 1pm, and answers messages sent after hours as soon as possible.

The projector or screen
Find out which cable your classroom projector or TV takes, put it in the booking message, and ask how the CZ-4 will connect to it. The CZ-4's ports are listed on the specifications page, and Citzen's guide covers connecting a laptop to a classroom projector.
The right people
Invite the teachers and students who would use the notebooks and whoever looks after ICT, and give the headcount when you book.
Questions in writing
List what you want answered afterwards: the total for your order, delivery to the school, and how warranty support works for several notebooks.
Also before the day
A school orders CZ-4 notebooks from Citzen the same way as any order: on Citzen's WhatsApp hotline, with no online checkout. WhatsApp is Citzen's main channel for orders, configurations, bulk requests and warranty support.
Ask in the chat
Message the hotline with the number of notebooks and the delivery town. Orders are agreed in the chat.
Get the total in a form your office can file
Ask for the total and how payment works in writing. Citzen operates a no-refund policy, so settle every question in the chat, and try the notebook at a demo session if your school has booked one, before anyone pays.
Keep a notebook register
When the notebooks arrive, note which one went to whom and when it was bought, so a warranty claim starts with the facts to hand.
