03First message

What should I put in my first message to Citzen?

A first message that says who you are and what you need saves a round of questions, whatever the time of day you send it. These are our suggestions:

  • Your town and state. It settles delivery timing, and which service centre is nearest.
  • What you need, in one line. An order, a configuration, a school demo, or a fault.
  • Any date that matters. When you bought, or when you need the notebook by.
  • A photo, for a fault. One clear picture explains more than a long description.
  • A request for anything agreed, in writing. The total and the terms, kept in the chat.
