Citzen is CITZEN COMPUTER SDN. BHD. (202501055871 / 1657277-H), a Malaysian company that sells one product: the CZ-4, a 14-inch aluminium notebook. There is no online checkout. You order and ask questions through the Citzen WhatsApp hotline, +60 12-565 2091, Monday to Saturday from 9am to 1pm. Delivery is free nationwide, every CZ-4 has a 1-year local warranty, and three service centres in Ipoh, Kota Kinabalu and Sibu serve Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.

We sell one notebook, the CZ-4, and keep everything around it simple: one WhatsApp hotline for orders and questions, free delivery across the country, a 1-year local warranty, and three service centres you can walk into.

How to buy a CZ-4
There is no online checkout, and no price is published on the website. To order, or to ask anything before you decide, message the Citzen hotline on WhatsApp at +60 12-565 2091.
The team replies Monday to Saturday, 9am to 1pm, and answers messages sent after hours as soon as possible. Citzen has a no-refund policy, so please put every question to us on WhatsApp before you buy.
Delivery, warranty and returns

For educators and schools
Government educators can buy the CZ-4 on an interest-free instalment plan (eligibility applies). Schools can book an on-site demo session by appointment. Ask on WhatsApp for either; both are also in the special deals section of our home page.
Service centres
Citzen has three service centres, one each in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. All three are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 1pm.
